Conwy County’s Ambassador Course provides an online training opportunity to enhance your knowledge of the tourism offer of the whole of Conwy County; its stunning landscapes, outdoor adventures, vibrant culture and rich heritage.
The scheme provides people with training about Denbighshire’s tourism offer to create a baseline knowledge about the area’s natural and cultural resources, in order to improve the overall visitor and local experience.
The Gwynedd Ambassador Course provides an online training opportunity to learn and improve your knowledge of the county’s unique characteristics to explain what makes Gwynedd a truly special county and one that is like no other.
This scheme provides training on the work of the National Park Authority, as well as a deeper understanding of the region’s Special Qualities to explain why Eryri is exceptional.

Refresher courses are intended for Ambassadors who have achieved their Gold qualifications in the main courses, and who wish to update their knowledge. On completing the refresher courses, you will be emailed an up-to-date Gold certificate.
Other courses are intended for Ambassadors who wish to expand their knowledge beyond the main courses.
This module is intended for ambassadors who have achieved their Gold Eryri Ambassador 2022 qualification, who wish to re-qualify as a Gold Eryri Ambassador 2023.
